Edgewood Drive Apartments are located at 1238 and 1240 Edgewood Drive in Thief River Falls. There are two eight unit buildings for a total of sixteen two bedroom apartments that have identical floor plans.
The buildings are in close proximity to a developing area of Thief River Falls which includes businesses like Kmart, McDonalds, and the new Wal-Mart.
All apartments are air conditioned.
Each apartment comes with a garage which is included in the rental price.
Each building has coin operated washers and dryers.

All leases are for one year.
After one year the lease may be on a month to month basis.
No Pets and No Smoking policy applies to all rental units.
