The Greenhill Drive Townhouses are located on the 1200 block of Greenhill Drive which is located in the northwest corner of Thief River Falls. There are ten 2 bedroom Townhouses and two 3 bedroom Townhouses.
They all come with a detached garage.
Our three bedroom Townhouses come with two garages.*
Each Townhouse comes with air conditioning, washer/dryer, garbage disposal, and dishwasher.
Along with separate entrances, the Townhouses each have a private patio area with a small flower bed.
All leases are for one year.
After one year the lease may be on a month to month basis.
